In the lush hills and deep canyons of Napa Valley, California, vineyards sprawl across the countryside. Celebrities, tourists, and do-gooders alike flock to experience this little piece of heaven, eager to raise a glass.
Not everything is coming up rosé, though. Old flames, new secrets, and bitter rivalries lurk in the shadows, and the rumor mill has been churning nonstop in anticipation of the event of the season: the annual awards gala for the Compassion Canyon Tree Squirrel Society. The celebrated nonprofit is poised to host a breathtaking evening at THE finest winery in Napa, but much like their beloved squirrels, they’re feeling a bit jumpy. Are the rumors true? And all those whispers in the dark…who is behind them?
Only one thing is for certain – the community needs to get to the bottom of this unsettling gossip, before someone gets hurt – or worse.
